Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution and completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise all civil construction activities at the project site.
- Prepare project execution plans, construction schedules, and resource requirements.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other project staff.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and quality standards.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, labour productivity, and wastage.
- Review and certify contractors' bills, measurements, and work completion status.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports to management.
- Monitor procurement requirements and coordinate for timely availability of construction materials.
- Identify project risks, delays, and cost overruns and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper documentation, site records, quality reports, and handover documents.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies wherever required.
- Ensure smooth project handover and completion of snagging/rectification work.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, RCC work, finishing, and project execution.
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects preferred.
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQ, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other project management tools.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project management.
- Experience in real estate/developer-side projects will be preferred.
- Should have independently handled medium to large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, quality control, cost control, and site management.
- Willingness to travel or work at project sites as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
