Title: Outreach & Branding Manager
Department: Marketing & Outreach
Reports to: Head – Marketing & Outreach / Directors
Role Summary:
Responsible for building brand presence through offline/online outreach, partnerships, events, and institutional/public relations to strengthen visibility, trust, and inquiry funnel Travel outstation for on ground activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute school/college/institution outreach programs (seminars, fairs, workshops)
- Build and maintain partnerships with coaching centers, agents, NGOs, education consultants
- Represent institution at exhibitions, events, and education fairs
- Coordinate branding assets (standees, brochures, merchandise, outdoor media)
- Execute BTL marketing campaigns (hoardings, kiosks, radio, newspaper inserts, vans, etc.)
- Support PR & communication for press releases, media relations & coverage
- Plan and manage guest lectures / industry talks / alumni connect events
- Track & report outreach ROI — inquiries generated, conversions influenced
- Ensure brand guideline compliance across all offline touchpoints
- Work closely with admissions team to ensure lead handover and follow-up
Skills Required
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Experience in BTL, events, partnerships & field marketing
- Negotiation & vendor management ability
- Travel-readiness for on-ground activities
- Good planning, reporting & coordination discipline
