We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Executive to lead our market expansion in Bangalore. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales of our high-quality electric cables and household electrical products.
Beyond sales, we are looking for a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and identify high-potential products to add to our portfolio, helping the company grow its footprint in the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail shops and electrical outlets across Bangalore to expand our distribution network.
Sales Target Achievement: Drive daily sales of electric cables and other household items through consistent field visits.
Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with retailers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and demand. Proactively suggest new product lines that align with household needs.
Order & Collection Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from taking orders to ensuring timely payments and stock replenishment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Field Sales, specifically within the electrical or consumer goods sector.
Network: Must have active, ready contacts with electronic retail shops and hardware stores across different zones of Bangalore.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada and Hindi is mandatory to effectively communicate with local shop owners and vendors.
Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical cables, wiring, or household electrical components is highly preferred.
Attributes: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive local travel.
