Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director in day-to-day business activities. The candidate should possess good communication skills, customer handling ability, and a willingness to travel when required.
Eligibility:
- MBA / BBA graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Age: 19 to 25 years
- Candidates residing near Tambaram preferred
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Hindi and other language skills will be an added advantage
- Should be tech-savvy and comfortable using computers, mobile apps, emails, MS Office, Excel, and online tools
- Good customer handling and coordination skills
- Smart, organised, and professional attitude
- Willingness to travel for official work
- Four-wheeler driving skill preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Managing Director in daily office activities
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle calls, emails, and customer interactions professionally
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments
- Maintain reports, documents, and follow-up records
- Support business operations and communication activities
- Accompany the MD for meetings or travel when required
