AI Automations Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy builder who leverages modern AI coding tools and automation platforms to solve real-world business and financial problems. You don’t need to write every line of code manually - AI can handle that. Your job is to understand business logic, design smart database schemas, integrate APIs/Webhooks, and ship working web apps and internal tools at lightning speed.
Key Responsibilities
● AI-Assisted App Development: Use AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Bolt, v0) to build, test, and ship full-stack internal web tools and portals.
● Workflow Automation & Integration: Connect disparate systems (Tally, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, CRMs, Payment Gateways) using APIs, Webhooks, and automation engines (Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Google Apps Script).
● Database & Architecture Management: Design robust database models (PostgreSQL, Supabase) and ensure data integrity, proper indexing, and secure deployments (Vercel, Supabase).
● Business & Financial Logic Execution: Work directly with founders to convert messy accounting/operational workflows (GST, Invoicing, Approval systems) into structured, automated software solutions.
Key Requirements & Skills
● AI Tooling Mastery: Fluent in prompting and orchestrating AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, ChatGPT) to generate and debug functional code.
● API & Webhook Proficiency: Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON data structures, Webhooks, authentication methods, and third-party integrations.
● Database Fundamentals: Strong grasp of relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Supabase), schema design, primary/foreign keys, and data normalization.
● Basic Web Fundamentals: Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript concepts to review, tweak, and deploy AI-generated frontend and backend components.
● Financial & Business Acumen: Comfort working with business numbers, Indian financial calculations (GST, TDS/TCS, invoice reconciliations, FY dates), and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
Tech Stack We Use
● Core Development: AI Coding Agents (Cursor, Claude Code, v0), Supabase (PostgreSQL), Next.js / React, Tailwind CSS, Vercel, Git.
● Automation & Integration: Google Apps Script, Webhooks, REST APIs, n8n / Make / Zapier.
Eligibility & Mindset
● Experience: 1–3 years of experience building projects, web applications, or automations (portfolio/proof of work carries more weight than formal experience).
● Degree: B.Tech / BE / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (CS/IT) with strong logical problem-solving abilities.
● Mindset: "Bias toward shipping." You care about delivering a simple, working system over over-engineering complex code.
