Inovez is a management consulting and professional services company providing strategy and execution services in sales acceleration and technology. We are seeking a Business Development professional to join our team to represent the Inovez brand faithfully and constantly work to enhance and preserve that brand. The selected candidate should be a strategic and creative thinker with the ability to sell integrated solutions. He / She will work with the senior management to dramatically increase the prospect base and create channel relationships globally to grow the business.
- Five years (or plus) of experience in business development.
- Proven track record of developing NBD (New Business Development) and achieving targets.
- Experience in presales, sales and business development.
- Experience in building partnerships and delivering sales in the small + medium business segment.
- Existing relationships with SMBs in India.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
- To work with management team to identify and evaluate market and new target clients.
- To work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan.
- To participate in startup events, accelerator and incubator programs, SMB oriented conferences to create awareness, generate leads and close deals.
- To identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities.
- To achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve team target and/or overall company target.
- To nurture the leads to closure.
- To initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities.
- To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client.
- To lead the development of strong client relationships for up-sell and cross-sell and grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
