4. Scope of Services
The deployed technician shall perform the following activities:
- Daily monitoring of BMS and all ELV systems.
- Checking system alarms, faults, and event logs.
- Ensuring proper communication between field devices and control systems.
- Monitoring HVAC parameters through BMS (if integrated).
- Basic troubleshooting of minor faults.
- Maintaining daily logbooks and system reports.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
