Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented Liaison Officer to bridge the gap between our project execution teams and external agencies. You will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from Indian Railways, NHAI, PWD, and Irrigation Departments to ensure our road, bridge, and dam projects proceed without regulatory delays.
Key Responsibilities:
Railway & Infrastructure Liaison:
- Clearance & Permissions: Liaise with Indian Railways (Zonal/Divisional levels) to secure ROB/RUB construction permissions and NOCs for working near track boundaries.
- Technical Coordination: Manage "Railway Blocks" and power shutdowns required for launching bridge girders or shifting railway utilities.
- Utility Shifting: Coordinate with DISCOMs and railway electrical departments for the relocation of high-tension lines and poles.
Government & Regulatory Liaison:
- Statutory Approvals: Act as the primary contact for NHAI, MoRTH, and State PWDs to secure Right of Way (RoW) and land possession.
- Mining & Environment: Secure and manage permits for stone crushers, batching plants, and royalties for earthwork/sand from the Mining and Environment/Pollution Control Boards.
- Local Administration: Interface with District Collectorates and Revenue offices to resolve land acquisition hurdles and community-level disputes.
Government Client & PSU Management:
- Project Documentation: Facilitate joint measurements (JMC) with government engineers and follow up on the status of Running Account (RA) bills.
- Tender Support: Coordinate with departments for pre-bid site visits and clarify local statutory conditions for new project bids.
Internal Coordination & Reporting:
- Operational Sync: Ensure site engineers are informed of the status of all legal and statutory clearances to prevent work stoppages.
- Compliance MIS: Maintain a digital record of all NOCs, licenses, and expiry dates (RERA, Labour License, etc.) to ensure 100% compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 5–15 years in government liaisoning for Civil Infrastructure (Roads/Bridges/Dams).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Land Acquisition Act, Railway safety norms, and PWD/NHAI working procedures.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and diplomatic skills; proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Civil Engineering, Law, or Business Administration)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
