About the Internship
Deeba Workforce India is looking for energetic and career-focused HR Interns who are passionate about recruitment and workforce management. As an HR Intern, you will work on real-time hiring projects by sourcing and deploying manpower according to client and project requirements. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, client coordination, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates based on project and client requirements.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Manage project-based manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment databases and HR records.
- Achieve recruitment targets within deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates from Barasat are preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc. or equivalent).
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
