Position: Production Head

Industry: EOT Crane Manufacturing
Experience Required: 08+ Years
Qualification (Mandatory):
- B.E. Mechanical Engineering
- Candidates without a B.E. Mechanical qualification will not be considered.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Head in a manufacturing environment.
- Mandatory experience in EOT Crane manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, fabrication, assembly, quality control, and process improvement.
- Experience in managing manpower, production targets, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end production operations and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Oversee fabrication, assembly, testing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
- Drive productivity improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
