We are an established food company with operational hubs in both the USA and India. We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Professional to spearhead our market expansion, drive revenue growth, and manage relationships with key distributors, retailers, and food service partners across borders.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients, institutional buyers, and supermarket chains in the USA and Europe market
- purchase Management: Onboard, evaluate, and manage relationships with local and international food manufacturing company , find better supply
- Cross-Border Coordination: Work closely with our corporate offices in the USA and India, as well as logistics and production teams, to ensure seamless order fulfillm
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3–7 years of proven B2B sales experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or FMCG industry, ideally with exposure to cross-border or export operations.
- Industry Network: Existing relationships with US and/or Indian ethnic grocery chains, food service providers, or broadline distributors.
- Cultural Competency: Strong understanding of the food ecosystems in both the USA and India, including dietary trends and target consumer demographics.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and standard CRM tools.
- Brand Visibility: Ensure our products are optimally displayed and visible in targeted retail outlets and food service channels.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead commercial discussions (pricing, margins, trade terms) while adhering to company profitability metrics and local regulations.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, consumer preferences, and industry trends to recommend product positioning and new offerings.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically/internationally and collaborate across time zones to align with our global teams.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
