Job Summary
Baba Quartz is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, attendance, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and probation confirmation processes.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.
- Draft appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Manage employee exit formalities, Full & Final (F&F) settlements, and exit interviews.
- Support HR audits and ensure statutory compliance.
- Assist management in implementing HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Knowledge of payroll coordination and attendance management.
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Graduate with relevant HR experience.
- 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in the manufacturing, stone, quartz, building materials, or similar industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience with HRMS and payroll software is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,330.56 per month
