Field Sales Represntative(FSR)
Location: Guntur Corridor, Andhra Pradesh
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives (FSRs) to support the pilot launch of our B2B fintech platform. The candidate will be responsible for retailer acquisition, distributor coordination, onboarding support, and driving platform adoption among kirana retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to kirana stores and onboard retailers onto the platform.
- Generate retailer leads and ensure achievement of daily and monthly acquisition targets.
- Support distributor-retailer relationship management and ensure consistent order flow.
- Educate retailers on digital ordering, UPI payments, and platform usage.
- Assist retailers with KYC documentation and onboarding processes.
- Provide training and handholding support to non-tech-savvy retailers.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities and market opportunities.
- Submit daily activity reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve retailer and distributor concerns.
- Drive retailer engagement and improve Daily Active Users (DAU) and platform order volume.
Experience Required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG, B2B Field Sales, Metro Retail, Fintech, or NBFC industries. Experience in retailer onboarding, distributor management, and field sales operations will be an added advantage. Ability to work in a field-heavy, high-velocity environment.

Qualifications
- Any Graduate. MBA preferred.
