We are a reputed ICSE School looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Admin Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of school administration and daily operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Post Graduate (M.A.) or B.E./B.Tech
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration and coordination of school operations
Communication
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day school administrative activities
- Support the Principal and Management in the execution of academic and administrative initiatives
- Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure smooth school operations
- Manage school records, reports, documentation, and correspondence
- Assist in planning and coordinating school events, meetings, competitions, and parent interactions
- Follow up on action items across departments and ensure timely closure
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders as required
- Ensure compliance with school policies and administrative procedures
Skills Required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently and maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
