About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations and administrative upkeep of our facility. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role requiring a candidate who is mobile, digitally savvy, and capable of ensuring that every administrative process—from maintenance schedules to documentation—runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily Static OPD workflows to ensure all administrative departments (Front Desk, Registration desk, issuing of Patient id, maintenance of medical history on e-chikitsa software, Housekeeping) are functioning at peak efficiency.
- Administrative Upkeep: Conduct regular "rounds" of the facility to identify and resolve any infrastructural or administrative gaps.
- Advanced Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of OPD certifications, staff compliance, vendor contracts, and operational SOPs.
- Data Management & Reporting: Use Advanced Excel to track &, manage operational budgets, and create weekly performance reports for senior management. Should be digitally sound to work on e-Chikitsa.
- Project Coordination: Lead small-to-medium-scale projects (e.g., equipment installation, department renovations, or new software implementation).
- Vendor & Supply Management: Oversee relationships with external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excel Mastery: Must be proficient in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization. You should be able to turn raw operational data into actionable insights.
- Strong Documentation: Exceptional writing skills for drafting reports, policies, and formal correspondence.
- Problem-Solving: A "fixer" mindset—the ability to identify an operational bottleneck and implement a solution immediately.
- Experience: 2–4 years in hospital operations, healthcare administration, or a similar project management role.
Education
Any graduate or postgraduate with relevant experience in this field can apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
