About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will play a key role in driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through measurable marketing strategies. Performance marketers are typically expected to manage campaigns, optimize budgets, track KPIs, and improve ROI through continuous testing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through detailed reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging growth strategies.
Experience- Minimum 1 year
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
