About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR professional to manage shop floor workforce operations, labour relations, attendance, manpower deployment, contractor coordination, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Labour Laws) in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shop floor employees, contract labour, and workforce discipline.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and shift management.
- Coordinate manpower planning and deployment as per production requirements.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, labour laws, and statutory records.
- Handle contractor management, documentation, and compliance.
- Resolve employee grievances and support welfare initiatives.
- Collaborate with production and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Preferred Candidate
- 2+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing/shop floor environment.
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, labour laws, attendance management, and contract labour.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
