We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our institution. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration activities.
- Handle inquiries professionally.
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments and staff members.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other official documents.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure efficient office operations.
- Support management in administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent speaking, writing, and listening skills in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Prior administrative experience will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
