Manufacturing Manager -
Factory oversight · Daily production reporting · Quality control on job work
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily factory floor walkthrough — morning & end-of-day
- Monitor production output against daily targets
- Inspect job work from contractors — quantity & quality checks
- Identify and flag defects before goods are packed or dispatched
- Ensure raw material availability for next day's production
- Report daily updates to you — in a fixed format, at a fixed time
MUST-HAVE BACKGROUND
- 3–6 yrs experience in garment, textile, or accessories manufacturing
- Handled job work / outsourced production coordination before
- Knows how to read production targets and track output
- Can spot quality issues at the component level — stitching, frame, canopy fabric
- Comfortable working at the factory site daily (not remote)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
