Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Job Summary
SONI SAPPHIRE is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations and omnichannel inventory. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with BrownTape, Genesis ERP, or similar ERP/order management systems, along with a strong understanding of Omnichannel operations, inventory synchronization, and order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and website orders.
- Handle order processing, inventory synchronization, and dispatch through BrownTape, Genesis ERP, or similar platforms.
- Monitor omnichannel inventory to ensure accurate stock availability across stores and online channels.
- Coordinate with warehouse, stores, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Track order status, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales, inventory, and order performance.
- Maintain SKU mapping, product listings, pricing, and stock updates across all platforms.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or Omnichannel Retail.
- Hands-on experience with BrownTape, Genesis ERP, or similar ERP/OMS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Omnichannel inventory management, order lifecycle, and marketplace operations.
- Experience working with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, etc.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic reporting).
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
