Job Description: Senior Azure Cloud & Microsoft Licensing SpecialistJob Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Azure Cloud & Microsoft Licensing Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programs, and Microsoft Volume Licensing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Azure cloud infrastructure, subscription management, licensing operations, customer support, cloud cost optimization, and stakeholder management. The role also requires a good understanding of Azure Data Services and cloud governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and support Microsoft Azure and Office 365 cloud solutions.
- Configure and manage Azure resources including Virtual Networks (VNet), Virtual Machines (VMs), ExpressRoute, Azure Key Vault, and related services.
- Manage Microsoft CSP, Volume Licensing (VL), and New Generation Volume Licensing (NGVL) programs.
- Create Azure tenants, manage subscriptions, activate cloud services, and oversee customer licensing requirements.
- Prepare Azure infrastructure cost estimates and recommend cloud cost optimization strategies using Azure Cost Management and Azure Advisor.
- Process customer orders through Microsoft Partner Center (MPC) and coordinate with Microsoft support teams for issue resolution.
- Establish Azure governance, security, and compliance frameworks aligned with organizational policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer escalations, contract renewals, agreement management, and operational reporting.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful cloud migration and business alignment.
- Support Azure Data Engineering initiatives using Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Azure Databricks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Certification.
- Azure Administrator certification (preferred).
- AWS Cloud Practitioner knowledge is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Python and SQL.
Preferred Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure, Cloud Operations, Microsoft Licensing, Cloud Infrastructure, and Customer Success.
- Experience working with global customers across APAC, EMEA, NORAM, and LATAM.
- Proven expertise in cloud migration, licensing operations, subscription lifecycle management, and Azure cost optimization.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
