Job Responsibilities

- Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud
systems.
- Ensure the security and compliance of IT systems.
- Manage IT support teams and provide guidance on troubleshooting issues.
- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed.
- Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery and backup plans.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and cybersecurity threats.
Must Have Skill:
- Experience Range : 4 to 10 years
- Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager, IT Manager, or similar
role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and
cybersecurity.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL.
- Familiarity with network security protocols, firewalls, and data
protection.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in system monitoring, IT automation, and troubleshooting
tools.
- Ability to manage IT budgets and optimize cost efficiency.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
