Join our Dynamic team at Gurukshethra Holidays! We're looking for a protective and tech-savvy System Operator to manage our operations efficiently while driving lead conversion. Your role will involve handling systems,responding to inquiries,and turning leads intio happy customers.
Key Responsiblities:
- Handle flight, hotel, car rental, and tour bookings.
- Ensure correct fare rules and ticketing deadlines are followed.
- Maintain accurate data entry in booking systems.
- Update travel packages, pricing, and availability in the system.
- Support Daily Operation Activities.
- Follow company policies and travel industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong Computer Proficiency.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-pased environment.
- Degree: UG/PG Preferred
