Key Responsibilities :-
Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize production downtime.
Diagnose equipment failures, perform troubleshooting, and implement effective corrective actions to improve plant reliability.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment breakdowns and implement long-term preventive solutions.
Maintain accurate machine history cards, maintenance records, logbooks, and equipment documentation.
Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules while ensuring timely execution of preventive maintenance plans.
Track and analyze maintenance performance indicators, including MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), equipment availability, and maintenance compliance.
Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of EOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Tower Cranes, Crawler Cranes, Industrial Ventilation Systems, Dust Collection Systems, and Plant Utility Systems.
Manage critical spare parts inventory by raising purchase requisitions, coordinating with procurement, and maintaining optimum stock levels.
Monitor spare parts consumption and recommend inventory improvements to support uninterrupted plant operations.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, LOTO procedures, Permit-to-Work systems, and safe maintenance practices.
