About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, and transportation. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for travel and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel planning and itinerary creation.
- Book flights, hotels, transportation, and travel packages.
- Provide information on destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
- Process bookings, cancellations, refunds, and amendments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking details.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer service.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
Preferred Skills
- Travel sales experience.
- Visa processing knowledge.
