Job Description:
- Responsible for overseeing the production of windows, doors, and other fenestration products.
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives. Implement processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Ensure that products meet quality and safety standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and optimize storage space.
