Job Summary
The Asset Management professional is responsible for tracking, managing, and optimizing the lifecycle of organizational assets, including IT hardware, and other company resources. This role ensures accurate inventory control, compliance, cost optimization, and efficient utilization of assets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Asset Tracking & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of all company assets (hardware, software, equipment).
- Track asset allocation, movement, and ownership across departments.
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliation.
2. Asset Lifecycle Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of assets: procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
- Ensure timely upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning of assets.
- Monitor asset utilization and recommend improvements.
3. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Assist in procurement planning and vendor selection.
- Coordinate with vendors for asset maintenance, delivery, and warranty support.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and contracts.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain asset documentation, licenses, warranties, and agreements.
- Support internal and external audits.
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Generate periodic reports on asset status, depreciation, and utilization.
- Analyze asset data to support cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide insights to management for budgeting and planning.
7. Maintenance Coordination
- Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance of assets.
- Coordinate with IT or maintenance teams for repairs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years (or as required) in asset management, IT support, or inventory management.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, ITSM, Flexera or similar).
- Good understanding of hardware, software, and licensing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
