Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling through video and be able to create engaging content for social media, campaigns, and organisational events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms, campaigns, and events.
- Trim footage segments and combine clips to create engaging visual stories.
- Add music, graphics, subtitles, and effects to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with the content and social media teams to develop creative video concepts.
- Create storytelling-based videos from raw files in a creative and audience-friendly manner.
- Maintain consistency in the organisation’s video style, tone, and overall visual identity.
- Assist in shooting basic video content during events and outreach activities if required.
- Ensure timely delivery of video content aligned with campaign goals.
- Maintain organised video files and editing project folders.
Requirements:
- 0 to 1 year of experience in video editing (internship/freelance experience is acceptable).
- Good knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut,VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, or Adobe After Effects.
- Understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Good knowledge of colour correction, text, transitions and sound designing.
- Ability to create storytelling-based videos from raw files in a creative, audience-friendly manner, with a strong creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
