The Packing Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily packing operations, ensuring products are packed accurately, safely, and according to company quality standards. The role includes managing the packing team, maintaining records, and ensuring timely dispatch of finished goods.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packing activities and packing staff.
- Ensure correct packing of pumps, diesel engines, submersible pumps, spare parts, and accessories.
- Verify product quantity, quality, labels, and packing materials before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the Production, Store, and Dispatch departments.
- Maintain packing records and daily production reports.
- Monitor packing material inventory and report shortages.
- Ensure proper handling to avoid product damage during packing and transportation.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the packing area.
- Train packing staff on packing standards and safety procedures.
- Ensure all dispatches are completed on time as per schedule.
- Report packing issues, shortages, or damages to Management immediately.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Qualification
- 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Fresher can apply.
- Experience in packing or manufacturing industry preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,864.04 per month
