Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and expanding Arch Enterprises' customer base. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential B2B customers through market research, cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, and other sources.
- Generate new sales opportunities and build a strong customer pipeline.
- Connect with decision-makers such as Purchase Managers, Plant Heads, Maintenance Heads, Project Engineers, and Business Owners.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce suitable products and solutions.
- Schedule customer meetings and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until conversion.
- Maintain customer information, interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Ensure timely communication and excellent customer experience.
Sales Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical discussions, and order processing.
- Track sales opportunities and support conversion from enquiry to order.
- Maintain regular reports on customer acquisition activities and pipeline status.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Acquisition, Business Development, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in industrial sales or technical products will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may apply.
