Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our
growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities
and driving revenue across our core service lines: IT Consulting and IT Staffing services.
This role offers a high-impact opportunity to manage the complete sales lifecycle and shape
our market footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and market research.
- Full Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales funnel from initial contact and relationship building to product demonstrations, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
- Multi-Vertical Selling: Learn, position, and sell a diverse portfolio of services IT Consulting & Staffing: Understanding client hiring needs and positioning our talent solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, HR Directors, and Procurement Heads).
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to pitch services effectively.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and informal relationship-building settings
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Account Management (preferably within the IT/Tech sector). Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS models, ERP ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), IT consulting, or tech staffing is a major plus.

- Ability to handle objections and think on your feet.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
