- Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels and references.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate sales terms and successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation processes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹36,700.00 per month
