Position Summary
The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors at The Marque Club. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, managing reception operations efficiently, and ensuring a seamless and personalized experience that reflects the club's premium standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a warm and memorable arrival experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, inquiries, reservations, and directing visitors to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of member requests, events, and club activities.
- Maintain accurate records of member information, visitor logs, bookings, and daily reports.
- Address member concerns and escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and high levels of member satisfaction.
- Support membership-related activities such as enrolment assistance, appointment scheduling, and information sharing.
- Ensure the reception and lobby areas are well-maintained, organized, and aligned with the club's brand standards.
- Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, courier management, and preparation of reports as required.
- Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and service protocols at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Reception, or Customer Service roles, preferably in hospitality, luxury clubs, hotels, or premium service environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and front office management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
