Role Overview
As the Senior Enterprise SEO & Organic Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, and implementing the complete Organic Growth Architecture for SufiBox.
You will work directly with the Founder and collaborate with developers, designers, content creators, and marketing teams to build a scalable, AI-ready, search-first marketplace.
Your primary objective is to create a long-term organic growth engine that drives sustainable traffic, product discovery, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise SEO Strategy
- Develop and own the complete enterprise SEO strategy.
- Build scalable SEO frameworks for a large ecommerce marketplace.
- Create long-term organic growth roadmaps.
- Define SEO standards, policies, and implementation guidelines.
Technical SEO
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits.
- Improve crawlability and indexation.
- Optimize website architecture and URL structure.
- Design internal linking strategies.
- Implement canonicalization strategies.
- Optimize robots.txt and XML sitemaps.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and Page Experience.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
Ecommerce & Marketplace SEO
- Build scalable SEO strategies for:

- Category Pages

- Collection Pages

- Seller Pages
- Design product discovery systems.
- Improve category hierarchy and information architecture.
- Optimize faceted navigation and filtering.
- Create enterprise-level taxonomy frameworks.
AI Search & Future Search Optimization
- Develop AI search optimization strategies.

- Optimize structured content for future search technologies.
- Build entity-based content architecture.
- Design knowledge graph strategies.

- Plan and implement structured data across the marketplace.

Merchant Center & Product Feed Optimization
- Optimize product feeds.

Content & Topical Authority
- Design enterprise content architecture.
- Build topical authority strategies.
- Create content clusters.
- Develop buying guides.
- Develop FAQ strategies.
- Plan educational content.
- Improve internal linking between content and commerce.
Analytics & Performance
- Monitor SEO KPIs.
- Analyze organic traffic.
- Track keyword visibility.
- Monitor indexing performance.
- Create executive dashboards.
- Provide monthly performance reports.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis.
Documentation & SOP Development
One of your primary responsibilities will be creating enterprise documentation, including:
