Role Summary:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain secure, scalable, and user-friendly legal-tech applications for eCourtsIndia. The role will focus on developing court-data products, legal search experiences, case workflows, and internal administration tools that support efficient access to justice.
Responsibilities
Build responsive web interfaces for legal information, case search, dashboards, and workflow tools.
Develop backend APIs for court data, document management, notifications, and user roles.
Integrate search, filtering, OCR, and PDF/document processing features.
Work with structured and unstructured legal data to deliver fast and accurate user experiences.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, and audit-friendly logging.
Optimize performance, reliability, and mobile responsiveness across the platform.
Collaborate with product, design, QA, and AI/data teams.
Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvements.
Required skills
Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end development.
Solid backend development experience in Node.js/Express or PHP/Laravel.
Hands-on knowledge of PostgreSQL and REST APIs.
Experience with authentication, security best practices, and role-based access.
Familiarity with cloud deployment, Git, Linux, and CI/CD workflows.
Ability to handle document-heavy and data-heavy applications.
