We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 6–10 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM/SuccessFactors solutions. The candidate should have strong functional and/or technical expertise in SuccessFactors modules and HR processes.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules
- Manage data migration, integration, and system configuration
- Work on employee lifecycle processes (hire-to-retire)
- Support system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR digital transformation
- Provide post go-live support and issue resolution
- Maintain documentation and process flows
- Strong experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruitment (RCM/RMK)
- Performance & Goals (PMGM)
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Compensation & Variable Pay
- Onboarding / Succession & Development
- Knowledge of:
- SAP HCM and SuccessFactors architecture
- Business process workflows and HR processes
- Experience with:
- SuccessFactors configuration and provisioning
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Reports & Analytics (ORD, Adhoc, People Analytics)
- Experience with:
- Integration tools (SAP CPI/Integration Center)
- Data migration tools
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Exposure to:
- Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- SAP S/4HANA integration
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
