We are looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to oversee retail sales, store operations, inventory management, and team performance across our retail division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage daily retail operations and ensure SOP compliance.
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Lead, train, and motivate store teams.
- Analyze sales reports and implement business improvement strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail sales and operations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in inventory management and multi-store operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/POS systems.
Preferred Industry: Retail, FMCG, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Fashion, or Consumer Goods.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
