Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and talented Creative Designer to join our real estate marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for property projects, social media, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative posters, banners, brochures, flyers, social media creatives, and digital advertisements.
- Create visually appealing content for real estate projects, villas, residential communities, and property launches.
- Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, walkthrough videos, and project videos.
- Handle basic video shooting, photography, and on-site content creation for projects and events.
- Capture project progress, property features, amenities, customer events, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Create content suitable for social media campaigns and paid advertisements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Manage multiple design and video projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video-editing tools.
- Knowledge of graphic design, typography, color combinations, and visual composition.
- Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting, framing, and video shooting.
- Good understanding of social media trends, reels, and digital content formats.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, architecture, interior design, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of graphic designs and video-editing work will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,674.27 - ₹43,981.88 per month
