- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, applications, drivers, and system configurations.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network connectivity.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle hardware installation, upgrades, replacement, and preventive maintenance.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security requirements.
- Troubleshoot internet, network, email, printing, and connectivity-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of IT assets, inventory, repairs, and replacements.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers whenever required.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee IT tickets and technical issues.
- Perform regular system checks, updates, backups, and maintenance activities.
- Support the organization in implementing IT policies and security practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.
- Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware & Troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Windows OS and commonly used software/applications.
- Working knowledge of Networking concepts – LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Knowledge of hardware components, peripherals, system assembly, and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple IT issues and prioritize tasks effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
