About the Role
Are you a documentation pro who knows the ins and outs of RTO regulations? We are looking for a sharp, proactive RTO Executive to take complete ownership of our vehicle compliance and logistics. In this role, you will be the driving force behind keeping our fleet legally compliant, moving fast, and fully documented.
What You'll Do
- Master the Paperwork: Manage end-to-end vehicle registrations, permit renewals, fitness certificates (FC), and tax compliance.
- Be the Liaison: Build and maintain seamless relationships with RTO officials and local authorities to ensure quick clearances.
- Own the Process: Speed up vehicle transfers, Hypothecation Termination (HP), and NOC procurement.
- Stay Organized: Keep our digital database pristine so we never miss a renewal deadline.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 0 –3 years handling RTO operations or commercial fleet documentation.
- RTO Expert: Deep knowledge of Motor Vehicle Acts, local transport forms, and state regulations.
- Go-Getter Attitude: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a willingness to travel to RTO offices daily.
