Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive – E-Commerce to support the day-to-day operations of our online business. The ideal candidate will assist in managing marketplace operations, shipment coordination, product listings, inventory tracking, sales reporting, and customer communication.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Assist in managing daily shipment operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
· Create, update, and maintain product listings and New Product Introduction (NPI) sheets across marketplaces.
· Monitor and ensure stock availability across all online platforms, coordinating with internal teams to prevent stockouts.
· Prepare and share daily sales reports, ensuring accurate tracking of marketplace performance.
· Handle communication and order coordination with international B2B customers and distributors.
· Be effective in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and operational tracking
· Support order processing, inventory updates, and marketplace operations to ensure smooth business execution.
· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, marketplace partners, and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
· 1-2 year of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations.
· Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations is an added advantage.
· Strong analytical and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and willingness to learn and adapt.
