Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions.
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries in Tally.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist in GST filing, TDS entries, and other statutory compliance work.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Support the senior accounts team during audits and financial reporting.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,885.28 per month
