The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and be able to handle queries across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via Calls, WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, and Facebook. Resolve customer concerns related to orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and deliveries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM. Follow company SOPs and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required. Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience.
Requirements Graduate in any discipline or secondary passed 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Service. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
