The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of all hotel facilities, equipment, and utilities. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspection of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.
- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints promptly.
