We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with 1 year of experience to support daily HR operations. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, onboarding, and HR coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll inputs and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records.
- Support day-to-day administrative and HR tasks.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in HR or administrative role preferred.

Pay: ₹8,950.09 - ₹18,000.00 per month
