Job Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements and lifestyle needs.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and concept designs.
- Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Create mood boards and material selections.
- Prepare working drawings for site execution.
- Coordinate with project engineers, carpenters, vendors, and clients.
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed accurately.
- Maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing BOQs and project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 1–4 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion or similar rendering software.
- Knowledge of modular furniture, materials, hardware, and site execution.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in turnkey interior projects.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Basic understanding of estimation and BOQ preparation.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
