About the role
We're a mobile app development company running paid campaigns across a portfolio of iOS and Android apps. We're expanding our PPC team to manage and scale our apps. This isn't a routine campaign-management seat — we want someone who thinks like a marketer, not just an operator.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on App campaigns (UAC) for user acquisition
- Monitor performance metrics and interpret the data to make optimization decisions — not just report numbers
- Write compelling ad copy that speaks to the target user
- Think through ad creative concepts that fit each app's positioning and audience
- Manage daily budgets and continuously improve campaign efficiency
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Experience with App campaigns (UAC) preferred; search/display PPC experience also welcome
- A genuine interest in marketing — someone curious about why users behave the way they do
- Ability to read and interpret campaign data and act on it
- A knack for writing ad copy and thinking about creatives
