Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and persuasive Student Success Executive who enjoys talking to students and college faculty. Your role will be to guide students, explain our international programs, motivate them to participate, and coordinate with colleges throughout the enrollment process. Effective communication, relationship-building, and student engagement are central to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact college faculties, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), HODs, and students.
- Explain EDC's International Exposure Programs and Startup Tours.
- Conduct phone calls, Zoom meetings, webinars, and campus presentations.
- Counsel students and parents regarding international tours and career benefits.
- Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into registrations.
- Build long-term relationships with colleges and university partners.
- Maintain daily follow-up records and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with the operations team for student documentation and travel process.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English
- Confident speaking over phone and video calls
- Strong convincing and presentation skills
- Positive attitude with a student-first approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Eligibility
- Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
- 0–3 years experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, Sales, BDE, Telecalling, or Student Recruitment
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
