Customer Support Executive | Voice, Email & Excel - Surat (1–4 Years)
Location: Surat, Gujarat (Local candidates preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries via phone, email, and Zoom
- Prepare and maintain reports using Excel
- Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining product features
- Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and task updates
- Escalate unresolved issues to the technical team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking systems
- Provide timely support and ensure smooth client communication
- Manage multiple tasks and daily operational activities efficiently
Requirements:
- Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of experience in BPO, call center, technical support, ERP support, office administration, or customer service can apply
- Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, reporting, and data management)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office; CRM tools or ChatGPT knowledge is an added advantage
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
