Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in both Technical
and Non-Technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong
communication skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for
multiple client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for both Tech and Non-Tech roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain and update candidate databases
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Requirements
Minimum 6 months / Internship experience in recruitment (Tech & Non-Tech hiring)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using job portals and sourcing platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced consultancy environment
Good organizational and coordination skillsWork Schedule
